Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account with, or using any part of the lbaje platform at lbaje.ws, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

lbaje reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open and maintain an account at lbaje, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. lbaje strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify age.
• You register and maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. lbaje may close all associated accounts and confiscate balances where duplicate accounts are identified.
• You provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration. Submitting false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party. Each account is personal and must only be used by the registered account holder.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions conducted through your lbaje account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. lbaje does not impose a processing fee on deposits; however your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. lbaje reserves the right to request KYC verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are within 24 hours for standard accounts and within 1 hour for verified VIP accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume.
• lbaje reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers and promotions made available through lbaje are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account upon successful deposit and, where applicable, after the qualifying bet or action has been completed. Bonus funds are ring-fenced until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Failure to meet the requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• lbaje reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without advance notice, provided that any active qualifying bet is settled under the original terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method. lbaje reserves the right to withhold bonuses or withdraw winnings generated from bonus funds where bonus abuse is suspected.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at lbaje. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with the lbaje platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or that artificially manipulates game outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or glitches in the platform's software or games. Any winnings generated through a technical error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or structuring transactions to evade detection thresholds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament or promotional event offered by lbaje.

Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

lbaje is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders from within Account Settings:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total funds deposited into your lbaje account. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be raised for a minimum cooling period of 24 hours.
• Cooling-off period: temporarily suspend your access to the lbaje platform for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes only.
• Self-exclusion: permanently or indefinitely suspend your lbaje account. Self-exclusion is immediate and irreversible for the stated exclusion period. To reinstate a self-excluded account, you must contact support and a mandatory 30-day review period will apply.

Intellectual Property

All content on the lbaje platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall design — is the property of lbaje or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms & Conditions. The following acts are expressly prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any lbaje platform content without prior written consent.
• Using any lbaje trademark, logo or brand identifier in connection with any product, service or communication not expressly authorised by lbaje.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any part of the lbaje software or attempting to derive source code by any means.

Privacy and Data Protection

lbaje collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation. By accepting these terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Key data principles observed by lbaje include:

lbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, duplicate account creation, prohibited conduct, or bonus abuse.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, payment fraud, or any activity that may expose lbaje or its other players to financial or reputational risk.
• A player-initiated self-exclusion request or a regulatory direction requiring the account to be suspended. In such cases any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after the required review period.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of lbaje that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team should be submitted in writing to lbaje via the official support channel. lbaje will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 30 days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
